Once a month, we gather together in a safe and supportive container to share small pieces of our psyche. I always begin by taking questions and talking a bit about how dreams work, then we share 2-3 dreams from volunteers in the group, offering gentle observations and asking open-ended questions. The circle helps us see beyond our own ego’s interpretation to the personal and collective unconscious. Allowing the group to mirror your dream back to you will increase your insight tenfold.
